Vegan Crepes Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup oat milk
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons vegetable/canola oil
- Pinch of salt
- Additional oil for frying

Instructions:
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour with a small pinch of salt.
- Combine the plant milk, water, and oil. Whisk together until well blended.
- Slowly pour the milk, water, and oil mixture into the flour, whisking as you go. Aim for a smooth pancake batter without lumps, with a consistency similar to single cream.
- Heat a frying pan or pancake pan until hot and lightly spray with oil using a spray bottle.
- Pour a small amount of batter directly onto the hot pan, swirling it around to coat the entire surface evenly. Pour additional batter to cover holes if any.
- Fry for approximately 2-3 minutes until the pancake starts to come away from the edges.
- Using a spatula, carefully flip the pancake and fry for another 1 minutes on the other side.
