Stuffed Jalapenos recipe

Stuffed jalapeños can indeed make a delicious appetizer! These spicy peppers can be filled with a variety of ingredients such as cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, and more. Once stuffed, they can be baked or fried until crispy and golden brown. They’re great for parties or as a tasty snack. Here’s my easy stuffed jalapenos appetizer recipe.

How to make stuffed jalapeños

Ingredients:

  • 12 large jalapeño peppers
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded salami
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 12 slices bacon, cut in half

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut off the stem end of each jalapeño and slice in half lengthwise. Remove the seeds and membrane using a spoon.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
  5. Wrap each stuffed jalapeño half with a half slice of bacon, securing with a toothpick.
  6. Arrange the bacon-wrapped jalapeños on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the bacon is crispy and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
