The garlic makes the coconut milk taste even better. It’s like they’re a perfect pair, making your food taste amazing.
Salmon in coconut garlic sauce recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets, cut into squares
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 can (14 oz) coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh dill or parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Start by seasoning the salmon fillets with salt, pepper, and paprika on both sides.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Once the oil is hot, add the salmon fillets to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and nicely browned. Remove the salmon from the skillet and set aside.
