How to Plan One Day in LEGOLAND

1. Know your base for planning. Check the open hours, Water Park open hours, rides closures, rides age and height restrictions.  Download Legoland app, it has all the information you need to plan your visit to the park.

2. Identify the “must do”, “good to do” and optional rides and activities.Use Legoland activities list for references.

3. Plan all “must do” rides first thing in the morning. If you get to the park right after the opening, you will have enough time to get to 2-3 ride with no wait

4. Alternate rides with activities, walks, movie and rest time. Visit Lego factory, Hero factory and Minilad and stretch your legs in 4-d movie theater. The movie theater has a collection of several movies that they rotate. The move is not scary at all, but every time we go , there are couple of kids that get scared. If your little one have never had 4-d experience make sure to sit close to the exit, so you can get out fast.

5. Include rest time/nap time. There are a lot of quite areas, can park a stroller in the shade and let your little one nap.

6. Plan your lunch time and place. Check food choices. Unlike Disneyland, they are very flexible. I always order plain kids size pasta in Urban kitchen at the station that makes spicy shrimp fettuccine.

7. Decide whether you are going to do Water Park . If yes, plan it for the afternoon.

8. Decide on Sea Life Aquarium. If yes, do it before you exit the park.
