Ingredients:

  • 10-15 cherry tomatoes vines (about 3 cups cherry tomatoes)

  • 1 teaspoon fresh oregano
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the Tomatoes: Wash and halve the cherry tomatoes. If they are larger, you can quarter them.
